Residential Strata EV Ready Pilot Study

At ASG, we recently completed the EV Charging Feasibility Studies for the Residential Strata EV Ready Pilot Study.
This initiative, part of the ACT Government's Zero Emissions Vehicles Strategy 2022-2030, explores the opportunities, challenges, and costs of retrofitting EV charging infrastructure into existing multi-unit apartment and townhouse complexes.
Our feasibility studies provided tailored advice to owners corporations on the technical requirements and anticipated costs of making buildings EV-ready. This work supports safe and equitable access to EV charging for residents and helps to showcase EV-ready configurations for other strata complexes in the ACT.
By participating in this pilot, ASG demonstrates its commitment to advancing sustainable and innovative infrastructure solutions that support the ACT’s transition to a net-zero emissions future.
